DESCRIPTION
Apcon Paterson carried out investigation and design for public stormwater and wastewater as the site was remote from existing stormwater.
We negotiated with council and were able to discharge it to kerb which was uphill with siphons, detention tanks and permeable paving.
We did the Engineering Plan (EPA) and common accessway (CAW) approval. We did the geotechnical report and resource consent application for the three houses.
