An engineering plan approval (EPA) for public stormwater and sewer extensions with detention/ reuse tanks, sewer pump and private drainage for building consents and site review.
Using a package pump for ground floor only we maintained gravity sewage to upper floors so most of plumbing remains functional in a power cut of any duration, increasing reliability while saving cost, power, pump size and longevity.
We dealt with a host of council related engineers for the road crossing and conflicting council bodies requirements. Prior soakage was not up to current soil soakage capacity.
