DESCRIPTION

Apcon Paterson designed the civil, geotechnical and fire engineering for resource consent and related consents with other engineering for building consent following.

Flooding required flood report and design for flood flows with timber floors & decks leaving small yards to fit in sewer and stormwater soakage for engineering plan approval (EPA).

Working to best meet unitary plan requirements for the development included using permeable paving and traffic and drainage gradients for parking & common accessway approval (CAW).

Footings and services were designed to minimize rock excavation.

We advised on fire report requirements and resolved conflicts between fire separations and flood water flows.
