Geotechnical Engineering
For sites with known hazards, moderately sloping or filled/weak ground or subdivisions a geotechnical report is required. Typically we can check geological records, walkover and often test bores with slope stability analysis to locate competent strata and a safe founding level. Retaining walls support cut faces with excavation plans. We can design geotechnical aspects in conjunction with structural and fire saving you time.
e.g.
- Geotechnical reports
- Filled/ weak ground
- Slope stability
- Foundation recommendations
- Foundation site review
- Hardfill compaction certificates
- Producer statement PS4 for Council
- Piling design
- Ribraft/waffle slabs
- Retaining walls
- Excavation procedures
