Apcon Paterson carried out the fire and sound design report and ratings for the apartment and selected appropriate systems.
We liaised with the alarm, emergency lighting and signage suppliers.
It also required fire design of the carpark and ventilation.
We also designed the drainage with an extension and detention tanks.
